Karina is an award-winning designer, seasoned director, and creative strategist, focused on the intersection of design, innovation, and social impact.

For the past 15 years, Karina has worked with entrepreneurs and organizations of all sizes to amplify their work and impact through design and creative direction.

Karina is an expert at getting to the root of what her clients want to achieve – and helping them inspire action and mobilize communities through design.

Shiran is a Graphic Designer and Creative Director with an emphasis on Branding and a love for Typography.

She believes in small, precise, emotional nuances. In telling stories, in evoking thought, in feeling - simply and deeply - through design.

Shiran has worked with clients from medical companies to restaurants, cultural events, film directors, and NGOs.

She's passionate about Queer Literature, Education, Photography, Cinema, Gender Studies, Fashion - and how they all come together to create a social impact.

Lily is a fundraising and communications expert with a passion for community building and social entrepreneurship.

For the last 12 years, Lily has worked with nonprofits and companies of all sizes on branding, social impact campaigns, and community engagement. She has an MPA in Nonprofit Management from NYU’s Wagner School of Public Service and an MA in Jewish Studies from the Skirball School.

Lily is based in Jerusalem where she rents space at an art studio in the evenings and cooks with the bounty of the shuk on weekends.

Rachel is a UX designer based in Tel Aviv. With a master’s degree in social work, Rachel has always wanted to make a difference in people’s lives.

At Verticalloop | Design for Good, she’s applying her passion for social impact and her training and expertise in UX to amplify organizations’ positive work.

Art has always been a central part of her life and she enjoys infusing optimism through colorful and fun designs.

Miri grew up in Minnesota, and studied graphic design at DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois. After graduation, Miri relocated to Tel Aviv.

As a brand designer, she is passionate about creating strategic identity systems and human-centric experiences.

Miri believes that design is a problem-solving tool that has the power to add value, drive engagement, and be a force for good.

In her spare time, she enjoys rollerblading, practicing yoga, and traveling.

Mickey Noam-Alon is a seasoned Humanitarian communication Advisor with 15+ years of extensive field experience in emergency onsets and long-term development programs.

He specialized in defining visual content that promotes community resilience in the humanitarian sector, one that is less pejorative, more ethical, and more community-led.

He worked as a communication director and emergency team leader and lectures on Communication Ethics in international development.
